In pursuance of your letter № TKRM/485 of 2012-09-21 we are informing you that according to Article Description № 1 of 2012-05-28 by Agreement № 32/03-12 of 2012-03-27 your company has manufactured and supplied us a bulb flat. We did a random test of bulb flats № 10, 12, 14б, 16а with a length 11100 millimeters concerning the compliance of Paragraph 1 of Supplementary Conditions to Article Description as follows: “Bulb flat will be supplied by the 1st class of absolute consistency (GOST 21937-75), under which skewness won’t exceed 20 millimeters for stated lengths”. This increased requirement was caused by a recent start of usage of the foreign equipment on “Plant “Red Sormovo” JSC. This equipment demands the bulb flats with absolute consistency requirements greater than in GOST 21937-75.
The tests confirmed that bulb flats supplied by “RM-steel” Ltd. are absolutely equal to our supplementary requirements in absolute consistency, to be exact: the crescent of bulb flats at the length of 11100 millimeters doesn’t exceed 20 millimeters.
