A mentoring program is provided for workforce according to which a “newcomer” with little working experience or without working experience in this sphere is attached to a qualified, knowledgeable employee, receives all necessary knowledge.

Apprentices necessarily undergo training in labor safety, obtain qualification categories in the occupations of sling operator, mill roller, heat-treatment operator, and other working specializations.
