Main stages of an interview
An applicant must be ready to undergo professional testing and several interview stages:
- A review of obtained CVs and questionnaires, pre-selection of applicants;
- An interview with an employee from the personnel department;
- An interview with an immediate superior;
- If necessary, an interview with the Company's management.
A mentoring program is provided for workforce according to which a “newcomer” with little working experience or without working experience in this sphere is attached to a qualified, knowledgeable employee, receives all necessary knowledge.
Apprentices necessarily undergo training in labor safety, obtain qualification categories in the occupations of sling operator, mill roller, heat-treatment operator, and other working specializations.
The employees of the office, sales department improve their skills at various trainings and workshops, participate in thematic exhibitions of the sector of manufacture and sales of rolled metal.
The Company has a streamlined practice of career promotion, the head of the units “grow up” at the enterprise.

Social resposibility
The company guarantees its employees an official salary, as well as various bonuses in accordance with the labor law of the Russian Federation for work at evening- and nighttime, work under severe and harmful conditions, for multi-skilling, for increases in work volumes, for leading a gang, KPI and many other things.
With a view to supporting employees the Company provides for various additional types of material assistance (upon child birth, wedding, due to financial difficulties, etc.).
