Rolling plant
The process equipment is used to manufacture various types of:
- symmetrical, asymmetrical bulb plates No. 5-24Á GOST 21937 and No. 80-240 DIN 1019, EN 10067 of the steel grades (categories): A, B, D, A32, D32, E32, A36, D36, E36, A40, D40, A40S, D40S, 10ÕÍ3ÌÄ (ÀÁ 2-2), 45Ã17Þ3;
- specialized shapes for motor car industry and mechanical engineering: shapes of KAMAZ encircling wheel, door hinges for VAZ, UAZ, rail car retarder braking bars, coke battery sealings, turbogenerator cleanstator;
- L-shapes for construction of floating drilling platforms, offshore shipbuilding.
Metal processing stages:
The process line consists of a three-stand hot rolling mill 630/420 with a reversely first stand, and a one-stand cold rolling mill 630/420, a reheating furnace, a furnace for thermal treatment in protective atmosphere, leveling bridling and tension leveling machines, other specialized equipment.
The high power parameters and rigidity of the roll mill stands ensure attainment of high precision geometry and preset mechanical properties of a finished shaped product in as few passes as possible.
Currently the equipment of the plant enables manufacture of parts of complex and non-standard shapes that can be used in many spheres of industrial production. This is what the plant of shaped metal of RM-steel LLC specializes in.

Radiation safety
Radiation control of goods to be moved as integral part of customs control is a component function of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation
Within the customs control radiation control of all goods and vehicles to be moved through the customs border of the Russian Federation is performed
This means that any shape manufactured by RM-steel moved to the EU territory complies with the radiation safety regulations
In addition to it, by a Customer’s request, RM-steel can submit radiological survey reports and an Expert report for its products at the Customer’s expense (see enclosures)
